Shipping policy

Quality Logical Products sells two kinds of products, and they are delivered differently.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (QUALOGIC LEARNING EBOOKS, CALCULATORS AND DASHBOARDS)
Digital products are not shipped. After your payment is confirmed, your product is delivered electronically as an instant download, typically within minutes. You'll receive a download link, and depending on your order, a copy of that link by email as well. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Delivery time: Please allow 7–20 business days from the date of your order. This includes 1–3 business days for us to process your order and hand it to our shipping partner. Many of our physical products ship from overseas fulfillment partners, which is why delivery takes longer than typical domestic shipping. We would rather give you an honest estimate up front than promise speed we can't guarantee.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping on physical products is free. Any shipping charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking: When a tracking number is available from our shipping partner, we'll email it to you once your order ships. Tracking for international shipments can take several days to show its first movement, so a tracking number that hasn't updated yet is normal early on.

Shipping regions: We ship to the regions made available at checkout. If your address isn't supported, the checkout page will let you know before you complete your purchase.

Delays: Occasionally shipments are delayed by carriers, weather, customs, or high demand. If we learn that your order won't arrive within the estimated window, we'll let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
